Rang a 4 boys visited the EPIC Irish Emigration museum today with rang a 2. We all went on the DART into the city centre to get to the museum. The boys enjoyed the guided tour, interactive activities along the way and all the amazing knowledge gained about The Famine.

Our class has been exploring lots of different types of art recently, experimenting with new techniques, materials and styles. Rang a 4 boys did excellent St. Brigid Day art, Valentine’s Day art and more!

Our rang a 4 boys recently completed their exciting projects all about China! Each student chose a different topic including traditional food, weather, famous dynasties and the Great Wall. The boys used chromebooks, library books and A4 coloured card to create their projects. We are so proud of their effort and teamwork in bringing their projects to life!

Rang a ceathair had all of the boys beautiful work on display for everyone to see. We are so proud of all the work and effort the boys put in everyday and it was wonderful to get a chance to show it off!

Rang a ceathair enjoyed the amazing tour of Dalkey Castle with lots of historical facts, brilliant actors, props, viewpoints of Dalkey and so much more!

Rang a ceathair have been super busy in January carrying out lots of fun science experiments. Top favourites: marshmallow catapults, walking water and floating fish.

Congratulations to our two Rang a Ceathair boys who proudly earned the very first pen licenses in the class! Their excellent handwriting, neat work and consistent effort have truly paid off. Well done - keep up the great work!

Rang a ceathair spent the last three weeks bringing history to life by building Motte and Bailey castles using recyclable materials in art. After learning about the Normans, they worked in groups to design and create fantastic mini medieval worlds. It was a huge success!

The 4th class had a fantastic day visiting the National History Museum, exploring exciting exhibits and discovering fascinating facts about the past. Everyone enjoyed the trip and came home full of stories and new knowledge.

We’ve had a spooktacular week at school! The boys created petrifying pumpkins in art, showing off their amazing creativity. On Friday, everyone dressed up in fantastic Halloween costumes and enjoyed some tasty treats together. It’s been a brilliant start to the school year - full of learning, fun and friendship. Our 4th class boys have just completed their six-week swimming lessons! They showed great effort, commitment and plenty of smiles along the way. Well done to everyone for diving in and making such fantastic progress!

Our 4th class boys walked to the local Dalkey library and explored the shelves, found stories that sparked their imagination and learned how the library works - from checking out books to using the reading areas. We returned to school inspired and eager to read more!!
