Harold Boys' National School is a catholic primary school located in the heart of Dalkey. Established in 1901, our school has a rich history with strong links to the local parish and the wider community. We cater for boys from second to sixth class, most of whom transfer from Loreto National School nearby.
In Harold Boys’ National School, we make every effort to provide a holistic, well-rounded education for all our students. In addition to our rich and rigorous academic syllabus, there are a variety of engaging extra-curricular activities that take place each week - ICT classes, After-School Sports, Chess Club, Lego Club, Club Gaeilge, Guitar Lessons and Drama Club.
We have many exciting events throughout the year including debates, musicals, drumming workshops, historical timelines, Science exhibitions, the ‘Write a Book’ project and many more. We do everything in our power to ensure that each child’s time at Harold Boys’ National School is happy and memorable.
We hope that our website will give you a sense of who we are and also keep you up to date on our policies, latest events and achievements. For further information, please do not hesitate to contact us.
