Football Against Racism – Rang V /VI

Gaelic League

5th and 6th Class are talking part in  Gealic Football League organised between local schools. We played our first matches on Wed 23rd September and won both matches. Results: Harold Boys Blue Team 9-2  Archbishop McQuaid 4-4 (Man of the match: Thomas Marsh) Harold Boys Green Team 2-1 Carysfort 1-2

The Cuala Blitz

Second, Third, Fourth and Fifth classes had their Cuala blitz matches this week in Thomastown Football  pitches. The boys played their hearts out!!  Second and third class won silver and Fifth class came home with  gold and silver medals. Brilliant!!                               [...]

We had a fabulous day at Morton Stadium in Santry on Wednesday 10th June. We lost our second match today to the Harold Glasthule. Hard luck boys. So it all hinges on the next match, yet to be arranged, since the competition is best out of five.
