Frank Fitzgerald, the Health & Safety Officer on the Board of Management has been working hard with our wonderful caretaker Ronan Maguire on the refurbishment of furniture in the hall. Ronan spent the Easter holidays sanding and varnishing all the furniture and now it looks as good as new! Please remind your son to treat the furniture with respect.
National Spring Clean took place on April 20th. Rang 2 & 3 went litter picking to Dillon’s Park. Rang 4 & 5 went to Hyde Park and Rang 6 went to Sorrento Park. June Barnett from Dalkey Tidy Towns helped us by providing gloves, litter pickers etc. This was a very worthwhile learning experience and we hope that it will encourage the boys to keep their environment clean.
