Magnets
Magnets
Magnets can be useful for jobs or just fun and games. We used magnets to
make puppet theatres and matchbox cars. I made a puppet theatre with Dylan
and performed for the Second class. We used our matchbox cars for races
which were fun but unfortunately my car didn’t work!

Magnets
Out of shoe boxes 6th class made a stage and puppets. We first drew and
cut out our figures. We stuck our characters to a cork cut in half. Then
we cut a hole in the back of the box. You cut or take off the lid and stick
it to the bottom of the box and colour in your back ground. In the bottom
of the cork you stick two to four thumb tacks. Then you put your character
on stage and use the magnets to do your play.
Out of a match box 6th class made match box cars. We put straws on the bottom
of the match box. We left a little bit of the straw sticking out on each
end. We put a cocktail stick throw the straw. We got card paper and cut
out wheels. Then we stuck on the wheels with blue tack. After that we painted
the cars our own custom colours. We put magnets inside our car an drove
the car by magnetism (by the way the car doesn’t go fast.)
