Graffiti Concert Sep 2006
GRAFFITI CLASSICS On Thursday 21st of September 2006, the world famous
Graffiti Classics came to our school. The leader of the mad band is Mr.
Mad himself, Cathal Ó Dúill. They formed in 1997 in college
to make a few bob and look at them now!!!!!!!! They’re world famous!!!!!!!!
In the band there are two girls Bertie and Alice and two men a guy who is
from Romania and Cathal. Cathal plays the double base, Bertie sings and
plays the Viola and Alice plays the Violin. Let’s get back to the
music. They started with a really funny song. Everyone was on the edge of
their seats even the teachers. It was so funny. Cathal Ó Dúill
is so mad and funny he was doing dances around his double base. At one point
Bertie came over to Jack Carrigg and she took his seat (ha ha) so he had
to sit on Seán. That was so funny. Everyone was having a great time.
At the end I got Cathal’s autograph. I had a great day and nobody
could say they didn’t. Now I know why they’re world famous.
